About Us: The Nigerian Medical Practitioner, a monthly Journal publishes clinical and research

practitioners. it also publishes miscellaneous articles, hospital administration, business practice,
a c c o u n t i n g , l a w - f o r - h e a l t h practitioners. Case reports and letters
about published papers are welcome. It is a publication of, Society for
Advancement of Medical Education (SAME).
The Journal was first published in 1981 and since then remains one of the most consistent, regular and
widely read authoritative medical journal in circulation in Nigeria. It has retained a leading role in providing up-to-
date information on current knowledge and research in the health field in Nigeria.
